At The Bamboo Sleep Company, we’re committed to helping you get the best night’s sleep possible. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. 30-Night Risk-Free Trial
We offer a 30-night risk-free trial on all mattress toppers.
If you’re not happy with your topper, you can request a return within 30 nights of delivery for a full refund.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be used only for normal household purposes
- The item must be clean and free from stains, damage, or strong odours
- Proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
4. Return Shipping
- If the product is faulty or damaged, we’ll cover return shipping costs
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees
We may provide a return label or arrange collection depending on your location.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
6. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We’ll organise a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your bank or credit card provider
